I’m really happy to announce that @josh is joining the Cargo team as a full member! Josh has been attending meetings for the past couple months as an external advisor, with background from the Debian packaging perspective amongst other things. He’s been consistently a step ahead of the Cargo team on a number of fronts, including build system integration, improved handling of native dependencies, and versioning concerns. @josh is a huge asset to the Rust community, and I’m grateful for his help plotting Cargo’s course.
