Should Rust have an art/design team?

I still think that a design WG is a very good idea. I think the reason it got never off the ground (i remember a few discussions about it in IRC of people willing to do work, but it never got anywhere) is that there is some kind of abstraction mismatch.

Helping out making a website prettier or doing some stuff for other WGs doesn‘t really help to create a unified design language for rust overall. Imo, it would be better to take on the problem on a mich higher level and try to create a design guideline so that other groups can easily implement their user facing components in a way that they are accessible, readable and consistent with the rest of the project.
