Rust 1.11 prerelease testing

The Rust 1.11 release is imminent. The release is available in the archives now, and will be available on the release channel tomorrow.

It can be installed for testing with the following commands:

rustup update stable-2016-08-16

curl -sSf https://static.rust-lang.org/rustup.sh | sh -s -- --spec=stable-2016-08-16
