Call for more comments: IO RFCs

As most of you probably know, std::io is undergoing revision prior to beta1, through what is now a series of RFCs.

We need to start landing these RFCs and the revised IO APIs very soon, and have already begun with some of the foundations.

If you are interested in IO, now is the time to join in the conversation!
