Looking at the issues, it really seems it is going to end up to look exactly like kickstart, which already does most of the features requested (including the things that will be needed later).
How come this is apparently part of Rust 2018 despite having had no mentions whatsoever in the pre-RFC thread? Is there another thread I missed?
