Unsafe code meetings?

I’ve been hoping that we can run the unsafe code guidelines stuff in as “asynchronous” a way as possible, but it seems like we’re getting to the point where it’d be useful to have some synchronous chats as well.

Some things we might do:

I wouldn’t want to do this weekly, I think, just because I have way too many regular meetings. =)
