The 1.65.0 pre-release is ready for testing. The release is scheduled for November 03. Release notes can be found here.
You can try it out locally by running:

I believe let_underscore_must_use was not uplifted.
Thanks for spotting it! Seems like an omission from the PR title. Unfortunately rather common 
Remove let_underscore_must_use from list of uplifted lints by Mark-Simulacrum · Pull Request #103825 · rust-lang/rust · GitHub fixes this on master, though we likely won't backport it to stable as that currently requires a full rebuild which doesn't seem worth it.
