Every time rust-lang repo gets a new commit, I'm getting a notification e-mail from Codacy that "Not up to standards. This pull request quality could be better."
I don't remember signing up for this, and their unsubscribe link requires logging in.

I just wanted to check if it's something rust-lang has signed up for that I could have gotten by making a PR to Rust or something like that — before I mark them as spam.

The Rust project did not sign up for it.
