I386-unknown-none

There is already tier-2 support for x86_64-unknown-none. Can we get an i386-unknown-none target added? I am thinking this would be useful for targeting 32-bit kernels on older 32 bit x86 hardware. I would like to see it support 386 and up x86 32 bit hardware.

What does it take to implement this?
