This message is to announce that RFC 1068, which proposes modifying the Rust Governance structure to include sub-teams, is now entering a final comment period:

We plan to reach a final decision in one week, so if you have opinions you’ve been meaning to write up – or you’ve been wanting to read the RFC and haven’t gotten around to it – now’s a good time!
