FYI Rust developers. The cert used by the buildbot machines to communicate with each other expired yesterday. Issuing a new one to all the machines affected will take some time, but I expect the bots to be running again by Thursday night, PST.
This means no patches will be integrated and no nightly will be produced today.

Maybe sign up as a Let’s Encrypt beta user and get a free cert from them? 
I’ll manually test rollups and build a mega-branch ready for merge when the buildbots are up again
If anyone wants to help, merge PRs into the rollup_central integration branch after pushing them through make check.
