Rust-gamedev WG application discussion

To reiterate my point here: The gamedev WG will be the first to be contacted, to appreciate that we had actively held it in holding pattern and we don't want you to wait any longer.

Enabling the formation of new Working Groups

The update here is that we will give the gamedev WG preference and start there first. The reasoning here is the long track record of the group to make approaches and the great work at arguing why it’s necessary. As the main reason stated for not taking one on was bandwidth issues, we see no reason to not do it this way. I’ll be in touch over the week for a first meeting.

I'm on training until next Wednesday, so please don't mind if I don't get in touch immediately :).
