The 1.67.1 pre-release is ready for testing. The release is scheduled for February 09. Release notes can be found here.
You can try it out locally by running:
RUSTUP_DIST_SERVER=https://dev-static.rust-lang.org rustup update stable

A bit meta: the release notes can no longer be viewed directly on GitHub. This may be no more than a paper cut but at least for me it was a common way to consume these. Would it make sense to prune off some of the older release notes into a separate file? (Could start with pre-1.0 releases, but that won't help for long.)
