With the recent movement of rust-lang crates to either rust-lang-nursery or rust-lang-deprecated the libs team would like to announce the first round of transfers of ownership!
First up, the libs team has decided to move lazy_static into the nursery as it’s quite a promising piece of infrastructure, thanks @gkoz for the suggestion!
Next, some rust-lang-deprecated crates are getting new owners, and the transfer will be made once we have a chance to sync up. Specifically:
