Is apply_switch_int_edge_effects in Analysis Trait ready to be used?

I'm trying to use apply_switch_int_edge_effects to track the effect on different edges. However, I can't find a proper way to use it.

First of all, SwitchIntEdgeEffects is not pub to other crate.

I don't know if it is ready to be used? If not, what can I do for it?
