We recently ported all the configuration for doc.rust-lang.org and static.rust-lang.org to Terrafrom, and it's now publicly available in the simpleinfra repository! If any of you wants to prepare a Lambda@Edge that adds the banner feel free to send a PR, so we can try it in the staging environment!
