The two first links in the release notes go to the same URL (so one URL is presumably missing). The third has text that sounds like the title of a PR to fix the bug, but links to a bug report where the resolution is not obvious.
On the first two, they are indeed fixed by the same PR.
People reported that the fix for the miscompilation included in the previous build was not effective. We included a different patch and rebuilt the artifacts, please test them again!
