Does anyone have any interest in or is anyone working on support for X-ray instrumentation?

I saw it mentioned in https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/39699 but AFAICT no follow up.
I’d be willing to do it. I’d just have to convince rustc to generate the sleds in prologue/epilogue and the rest is “just plumbing”.
Thoughts?
