So far I have seen none of that in VSCodium. But maybe that's because I am not giving it any account credentials it could use to log in anywhere, and I presume the AI stuff is tied to an account.

The UI elements are present in vscode without logging in. Haven't tried, but I presume trying to use them will request logging in. In any case I enabled the option that disables all these UI elements at once.
