Rust libz blitz!

I took the liberty of adding bytes, syslog, lzw, ring, openssl, petgraph, daggy, typenum, image, cfg-if, and itertools to the crate list. Others suggested may be good candidates, but I have less certainty.

nom I think is obviously an important and high-quality crate, but I’m not sure I consider parser generators in scope here. That’s not something I usually associate with batteries included standard libraries.
