Yes, I agree chrono is very important, and needs work. I expect to make a call for a more thorough design review of it soon. I think rand is in a similar category.
Like a chrono design review, there are several other useful library tasks that don't quite fit into the structure of the libz blitz that I'm hoping to get moving soon.
