The link only seems to work if you’re in the GH team. (I guess because it lists the team members?) I believe everybody can see the list of teams here.
Nope, that just says "you are not a member of any team".

I don’t think it makes sense for me to be in the compiler performance team. @nikomatsakis said we was going to create an unsafe code guidelines team and add be, but that hasn’t happened yet. I will ping him about that
