https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/42719 is going to be fixed in https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/43199, and https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/42635 reverted.
Assuming those land, that leaves an unconfirmed fix for an ARM codegen bug and this compiletime regression that showed up at the last minute.
