# Please welcome carols10cents to the tools team!

Good evening fellow Rustlers! I’d like to announce that the Tooling and Infrastructure team’s newest member is Carol (Nichols || Goulding) (@carols10cents)! Carol has been working with Jake Goulding (@shepmaster) as part of [Integer32](http://integer32.com/) on some [awesome improvements to crates.io](https://github.com/rust-lang/crates.io/pulls?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Apr%20is%3Amerged%20author%3Acarols10cents%20) such as [adding categories](https://github.com/rust-lang/crates.io/pull/473), [supporting Travis/AppVeyor badges](https://github.com/rust-lang/crates.io/pull/504), and [displaying Rust version compatibility of a crate](https://github.com/rust-lang/crates.io/pull/540). You might also know Carol from her many comments on [the RFC for crate ranking on crates.io](https://github.com/rust-lang/rfcs/pull/1824)!
Carol’s also [been a member](https://www.rust-lang.org/en-US/team.html) of the Community team [for almost a year now](https://users.rust-lang.org/t/carol-nichols-is-joining-the-community-team/5190) and likes to [organize Rust conferences](http://www.rust-belt-rust.com/) in her spare time. The tools team is super excited to have her on board and we look forward to all the great improvements to [crates.io](http://crates.io) coming down the pike!
