If it takes so much effort to explain how each word in the text is supposed to be interpreted, the text is just not clear enough.
The guarantees and applicability of the feature should be obvious. Consider also that many readers are not native English speakers and will not pick the subtle differences in wording.
Once human parsers have a formal spec we can write our docs in a way that's neither too verbose nor too subtle.
More generally, if someone knows the form of words that are both easily understood and properly conveys the nuances then please do make a PR. This is evidentially not a simple matter to get across in English so expert help would be appreciated.
