In [another thread](https://internals.rust-lang.org/t/how-can-we-as-a-community-make-the-rfc-process-less-draining) it was proposed that instead of adding comment in github/IRLO in a linear way, we could try to use pull request instead. I did an experiment an created [2 PRs](https://github.com/Jon-Davis/anonymous-enum/pulls). Feel free to vote/comment/update/modify/reject them 😃
