Has anyone been experiencing problems creating issues on GitHub? I just tried two times to submit an issue to https://github.com/rust-lang-nursery/edition-guide/issues and both times, I saw the issue for a moment in the list and then the page refreshed and the issue I had submitted was gone.
I think the issue I created should have been #115 on that repo, but I’m just getting a 404: https://github.com/rust-lang-nursery/edition-guide/issues/115
