Today on windows there is `symlink_file` and `symlink_dir`. Internally however (mainly for a test scenario), `symlink_junction` is also provided. There is today a third party crate that allows creating junctions ([junction - Rust](https://docs.rs/junction/)) but I'm somewhat surprised that support exists in Rust but is not exposed. I wasn't able to find much history on that function and why it's not exposed.
